Try
to pick the best weather and the time of day to show off your
listings
Be
sure that the client knows that this will involve a very
comprehensive photography session.
Have
the house prepared as you would for an open house, inside and out.
As we are marketing to the world, we want to get it right.
Turn
on all the lights.
Let
us know of any unique features of particular importance to be
emphasized (views, landscaping, finishing work, stained glass, architectural features).
We can capture overhead features using full sphere images.
We
will be on site for about an hour for the average home and as we
will be photographing in virtually every direction let the client
know to avoid being caught by the camera while the work is being
conducted. House pets should be kept out of the images as
well.
If
you wish to have an interactive floor plan featured in the tour, try
to let us know when setting up the site visit.
There
will be a minimum $50 charge for a site visit in the event of a
cancellation so be sure to communicate the plan to your client and
notify the photographer of any time changes in advance of his/her
appearance on site.
